This best practice portrays a Syrian family who fled to Tyrol two and a half years ago and now runs a small restaurant in Innsbruck. Mrs. and Mr. Al Toba founded together the Syrian restaurant Marrusch, named after their daughter. Locals can enjoy now every day (except Tuesdays), between 10 am and 10 pm, Arabic specialties in the heart of the city. On Saturdays, Mrs. Al Toba bakes biscuits and sweets like baklava. The food is delicious, and the couple never runs out of work.
