The Istituto Valdese is a church organization with civil recognition. Its services are mainly oriented towards children and families of origin, aimed at empowering the individual through the overcoming of social, cultural and psycho-physical difficulties, prevention of forms of hardship and marginalization, and exploitation of differences. The social welfare and rehabilitation work of the Center is organized in two broad areas: the educational sector and the social sector (social and health).
