This institute has since 1986 specific skills in the active citizenship labs, education and research especially in difficult areas and with disadvantaged people, with formal, not formal and informal methodologies. It has managed courses of political formation, it has worked with PA and private organisations, managed networks and research activities in the social and public policies field.
